SILENCE

This single-storey building is situated amidst a softwood forest. The allotmentās size and its terrain allowed for designing a lengthy structure with rectangular blocks made of wood (complete with the largest windows possible) cutting through it. That solution produced the usonia effect. The overall structure gives the impression of being repped right from a modern Scandinavian tale, with its spirit, its mood and its openness preserved.

An incredibly holistic perception of space from the location of functional areas and rooms to the arrangement of furniture, details, and accessories. This interior looks like a Scandinavian style, and from another angle, it looks Japanese. Yes, it's Japan+Scandi=JapanDi, a combination of two worlds. Minimalism, functionality, and combination of light and natural materials. Peace and balance immediately settle in such a house, the wabi-sabi approach allows you to achieve a refined beauty due to the simplicity of lines and contents, but not glossy-ideal, but with its cracks and scuffs, which over time will only benefit such an interior.

WORK STAGES
Acquaintance
The most important stage involving the process of exchanging views on the future project, determination of the stylistic trend, basic wishes and requirements to the apartment.
Schematic replanning
Based on the received references, the conceptual designs are created including basic arrangement of rooms and furniture. During this stage, the best option is selected, which is the basis for further work.
3D modeling
Based on the coordinated planning concept, 3D-model of the future interior is developed. This process begins with the main rooms setting the stylistic direction of the whole object. We can immediately feel the space, light, texture and structure of all rooms. You can also adjust the color, fix the functionality, if something is not taken into account in the planning concept, and see yourself in your future home.
DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
At this stage, information from the 3D model is transferred to the working format, according to which all these can be implemented. Design documentation includes all the plans, elevations, drawings, material items required for implementation.
DESIGN SUPERVISION AND IMPLEMENTATION
Upon completion of the design, the design documentation is submitted to the Customer for project implementation. But in order for the final result to correspond to the plans as much as possible, we provide the service of design supervision over all processes during construction. And is construction and installation works are carried out by our specialists, we take full responsibility for transformation of the visual image into reality.
