DESIGN SUPERVISION

IMPLEMENTATION

The house is located near a forest lake, the internal and external content is dictated by nature. Each of its residents finds a comfortable place for themselves: a porch terrace, a playhouse for children, a barbecue area with a gas grill.
WORK STAGES
Acquaintance
The most important stage involving the process of exchanging views on the future project, determination of the stylistic trend, basic wishes and requirements to the house.
Schematic design
Based on the received references the conceptual design is created including basic arrangement of rooms and furniture and 3D model is developed. The result of the second stage is an agreed schematic design, which is transferred for implementation to the architectural stage.
Architectural stage
The architectural stage includes design documentation with detailed brickwork plans by floors, plan of roofing, facades and their fragments, sections, connections, general plan, drawings of flue and ventilation ducts, tables of materials, fragments of decorative details and their profiles, schedules of windows and doors.
Structural stage
This stage includes foundation plan, section by foundation, bill of foundation materials, reinforcement, framing plans with necessary sections, bill of framing materials, rafter system plan with necessary sections, specification of rafter system elements, structural joints and details, structural concepts of waterproofing, vapor barriers, thermal insulation, specification of window and door assembly.
Design supervision
After all the adjustments, it is necessary to transfer the project from electronic and paper form to real life as accurately as possible. The design supervision includes the quality control, materials conformity and the main thing - observance of the design documentation and coordinated architectural concept.

And at the stage of design supervision, the number of on-site visits and the schedule of performance of works by the contractor are agreed upon.
